Comments If the value is a full URI, then the system SHALL be urn:ietf:rfc:3986. The value's primary purpose is computational mapping. -Codes "MR" (Medical Record Number) verpflichtend, um die PID einrichtungsübergreifend als solche erkennen zu können.
Jede Einrichtung muss für ihren Namensraum eine NamingSystem-URL festlegen.
